Job Title: Business Development Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Business Development Operations Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This role will drive business growth through effective management of daily operations, strategic business planning, budget oversight, and team coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage day-to-day business development operations ensuring smooth workflow and effective communication across departments.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor business strategies to achieve growth targets and improve operational efficiency.
  • Manage resource allocation to optimize operational costs and maximize ROI.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to identify new business opportunities and market gaps.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to nurture client relationships, improve customer satisfaction, and drive repeat business.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management outlining operational performance, sales forecasts, and strategic recommendations.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to align operational goals with overall business objectives.
  • Drive process improvements and implement best practices to enhance business development workflows.
  • Facilitate training and mentoring programs to improve team capabilities and productivity.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Masters or Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of proven experience in operations management and business development, preferably within the IT services or app development industry.
  • Strong expertise in operations management, financial oversight, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience in sales strategy formulation and execution.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and business management software tools.
