Job Title: Senior Beauty Director

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Beauty Director to lead our beauty department and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in skin & hair services, sales orientation, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Achieve revenue targets by driving upselling, cross-selling, and renewals through effective product knowledge and customer consultation skills.
  2. Maintain exceptional customer satisfaction levels with an NPS > 90% by providing personalized consultations and resolving concerns promptly.
  3. Ensure seamless package execution and follow-ups while adhering to SOPs, maintaining high standards of hygiene and equipment upkeep.
  4. Lead and motivate the beauty team, allocate work effectively, manage rosters, and monitor performance to drive business success.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and sales, to develop and implement strategic plans for business growth.

Requirements:

  • 4-7 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in the beauty industry.
  • Relevant degree or diploma in Cosmetology/Beauty Therapy/BDS + Cosmo.
  • Strong technical knowledge in skin & hair services, with expertise in product knowledge and customer consultation.
  • Proven sales acumen with ability to achieve targets, excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Client-centric with strong problem-solving abilities, flexible to handle shifts, relocations, and promotional duties.
