We are seeking an experienced Director of Hotel Operations to oversee the day-to-day management of our upscale property.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing premium hotel properties, requiring strategic acumen, operational excellence, and effective liaison with authorities and regulatory bodies.
The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring business continuity, guest satisfaction, operational efficiency, and long-term profitability.

- Liaise with local authorities and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations;

- Ensure seamless communication between departments to deliver exceptional guest service.
