Leadership Role: Hotel Operations Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking an accomplished and strategic-minded hotel operations manager to oversee the overall performance of our upscale hotel. This key leadership position demands exceptional operational excellence, strong leadership capabilities, and effective liaison skills with government authorities and regulatory bodies.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Ensure seamless coordination between departments such as Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Engineering, and Security.
  • Develop and execute business strategies aligned with our hotel's vision, brand standards, and financial goals.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators to maintain high standards of service delivery and operational efficiency.
  • Analyze financial reports and implement corrective measures to achieve revenue and cost targets.
  • Oversee procurement, vendor management, and inventory controls to minimize wastage and optimize value.
Candidate Profile:
  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management or Hospitality Administration.
  • Minimum 8-10 years of progressive experience in the hospitality industry, with at least 3–4 years in a senior leadership role such as General Manager, Resident Manager, or Executive Assistant Manager.
  • Prior involvement in the opening of a hotel or large-scale hospitality project is highly desirable.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Commercial acumen with sound understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and revenue management.
  • High degree of integrity, professionalism, and cultural sensitivity.
  • Proficiency in hospitality technology platforms (PMS, POS, CRM, etc.).
