Hotel Manager – Corporate Office

About the Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced hotel professional to lead our operations, overseeing administrative and operational functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop strategic plans aligned with our vision and objectives.
  • Assist senior leadership in managing hospitality assets, ensuring international luxury standards and desired profitability.
  • Collaborate with luxury hotel brands to maintain service quality and profitability.
  • Drive operational efficiencies and improvements across all assets.
  • Foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee budgets, financial performance, and profitability of the assets.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders, including hotel brand partners and senior leadership.
  • Identify growth opportunities within the Hospitality sector.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management or related field. An advanced degree (MBA) is preferred.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in the Hospitality industry, with at least 3 years in a leadership role as General Manager/Unit Head of a Hotel with an International Hospitality Brand in India.
  • Proven experience in managing Hospitality Operations.
  • Strong Financial acumen and experience with budgetary management.
  • Ability to contribute to our Growth and Development.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
  • Familiarity with international luxury hotel brand standards and operations.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive operational excellence and achieve business goals.
