Key Operations Executive

We are seeking an experienced Key Operations Executive to oversee the successful opening of a new property in Dwarka, Gujarat. This is a dynamic role requiring strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of hotel operations management.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Staff training and development
  • Room management and guest services
  • Hotel administration and maintenance work

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in reservations and rooms management, with experience in using Property Management Systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent customer service skills and a business mindset are essential for this role.

Requirements:

  • At least 7 years of experience in hotel operations management
  • Strong knowledge of local languages (Gujarati)
  • Proficiency in PMS and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent customer service skills and a business mindset

  • Fluency in English
