Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced accounting professional to manage financial operations for our hotel portfolio.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hotel accounting functions, including income journal loading, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial reporting.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Perform daily income journal loading and reconcile revenues with supporting reports from property management systems (PMS).
  • Manage multi-currency bookkeeping, reconciliations, and month-end processes while ensuring accuracy and compliance with US accounting standards.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

Key Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in hotel accounting with hands-on experience in income journal loading, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial reporting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
