Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced leader to assume the role of Business Operations Director.

This position is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in revenue cycle management and proven leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop innovative solutions to improve business delivery and secure revenue streams.
  • Establish effective processes to optimize collections and reduce accounts receivable.
  • Collaborate with teams to understand and implement best practices in revenue cycle management.
  • Lead by example and demonstrate strong leadership skills, including the ability to motivate and develop direct reports.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 14 years of experience in end-to-end revenue cycle management.
  • Strong leadership skills and experience managing large teams (150+ members).
  • Expertise in MS Office tools, including PowerPoint and Excel.
