Job Title: Senior Event Director

This is a highly skilled and dynamic leadership role responsible for overseeing the overall strategy, planning, and execution of banqueting and catering events.

The successful candidate will be a seasoned professional with extensive experience in large-scale event management, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Planning and Execution:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive event strategies to drive revenue growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless event execution, including vendor management, logistics, and inventory control.
  • Revenue Growth and Management:
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for revenue growth and optimize pricing strategies.
  • Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost controls and profitability targets are met or exceeded.
  • Operational Excellence:
  • Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance event delivery, quality, and guest experience.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers and vendors to negotiate optimal rates and terms.
  • Customer Service:
  • Ensure exceptional customer service standards are met through effective communication, issue resolution, and proactive problem-solving.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest feedback, event history, and performance metrics to inform future improvements.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in senior-level event management, preferably within the luxury F&B industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret business data and implement solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and clients.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
