Strategic Marketing Lead

Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned marketing professional to lead our paid media campaigns on Meta and Google platforms. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving campaign success through data-driven decision making and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive paid media strategies that align with business objectives, target audience insights, and industry best practices.
  • Plan, create, implement, and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta and Google platforms.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop impactful ad creatives that resonate with the target audience and drive engagement.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, updates, and innovations in the Meta and Google advertising landscapes, adjusting strategies accordingly.
  • Manage advertising budgets, allocate resources effectively, and provide regular budget tracking and reporting to stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven 2-3 years of experience in managing paid media campaigns on Meta and Google platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze campaign performance data and extract actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in using analytics and reporting tools, such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and other relevant platforms.
  • Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies and experience optimizing campaigns for conversions.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop compelling ad copy and visuals.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with other digital advertising platforms and tools is a plus.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends, best practices, and industry standards.
