Job Description

As a performance marketer, you will be responsible for leading our Google and Meta Ads campaigns to achieve maximum ROI. Your focus will be on driving real leads, revenue, and return on ad spend (ROAS) for small and medium-sized businesses in North America.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Strategically launch and manage Google Performance Max and Meta Ads campaigns to maximize ROI
  • Target local and regional SMBs in the USA using a test-and-scale approach
  • Optimize campaign structure, creative assets, ad copy, audience signals, and bidding strategies to maximize performance
  • Provide weekly reports and actionable insights on CPC, CPL, ROAS, lead quality, and other key metrics
  • Own campaign performance and be responsible for hitting lead and sales KPIs
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Mandatory Google and Meta Ads Certification
  • Proven experience running Google Performance Max and Meta Ads campaigns for SMBs
  • Strong understanding of North American SMB segments and customer behavior
  • Ability to set up conversion tracking, first-party audience signals, and campaign structure for maximum performance
  • Expertise in lead generation, ROAS optimization, and budget scaling
  • Strong communication, English proficiency, and ownership of results
