Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Digital Performance Leader to drive campaign performance and identify growth opportunities for our clients.

This role involves leading a team of specialists, ensuring the delivery of exceptional programmatic solutions.

  • Create and execute client-centric programmatic strategies, focusing on achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) and driving business growth.
  • Guide and mentor a team of programmatic specialists, promoting expertise in digital marketing platforms.
  • Identify and pursue account growth opportunities in partnership with Account Directors.
Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Expertise in digital marketing platforms, including DV360 and other demand-side platforms (DSPs).
  • Ability to optimize campaigns and deliver exceptional results using data-driven insights and recommendations.
