Job Overview:

We are seeking an accomplished Operations Leader to spearhead our Digital Ad Sales team.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in contact center operations, B2C/B2B sales, and digital marketing ads sales experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations in accordance with requirements and service level agreements established by Statements of Work (SOW).
  • Establish and manage the necessary infrastructure for Service Providers to perform their duties effectively.
  • Provide exceptional people and process management, mentorship, and career development to team members.
  • Drive Operations teams to achieve continuous improvement and productivity/quality gains.
  • Identify and escalate business risks timely to stakeholders.

Critical Skills Required:

  • Extensive experience in contact center operations with at least 18 years of experience.
  • Strong B2C/B2B sales experience.
  • Digital marketing ads sales experience.
  • Dynamic leadership skills with experience managing large and diverse teams across multiple locations.
  • Strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications:

  • University Graduate or above degree.

Experience:

  • At least 8 years of people management experience, including managing leaders.
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience.

Requirements:

  • Proficient English language skills, both written and verbal.
  • Adaptability and enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced environment.
