Senior Digital Transformation Leader

The role of the Senior Digital Transformation Leader is pivotal in driving a company's digital transformation agenda across its entities. This leader will be a strategic partner to business and technology leaders, ensuring alignment between digital initiatives and enterprise goals.

This role requires strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to anchor the execution of a 3-year digital transformation roadmap and ensure alignment with enterprise-wide strategic priorities.

  • Anchoring the execution of a comprehensive digital transformation strategy, including the development and scaling of data lake infrastructure.
  • Driving cross-functional collaboration across teams to drive digitalization and tooling strategies from pilot phases to full-scale development and support.
  • Establishing and leading the implementation of success metrics for digitalization projects, reporting insights to senior leadership.
  • Leading technology initiatives by overseeing the delivery of commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) and custom IT solutions, and championing design thinking and agile methodologies with a product development mindset.
  • Driving the strategic adoption of COTS platforms and custom-built tools to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Driving the embedding of AI-enabled applications across business functions to enhance decision-making and automation.
  • Leading the development and maintenance of a robust data lake infrastructure to support enterprise-wide analytics.
  • Ensuring strategic compliance with InfoSec, legal, and regulatory standards across all digital initiatives.
