We are looking for an experienced UX Designer to join our rapidly growing team across regions. This role involves designing and developing user interfaces for internal and mobile banking websites, native mobile applications, and web platforms.

The successful candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams throughout the design process, participating in the development process from definition to maintenance. They will also break down complex design problems into actionable chunks and solve them with clarity and precision.

Key responsibilities include staying up-to-date with the latest standards, changes, and trends in the mobile design field, as well as creating graphic design assets such as website banners, event backwall designs, marketing brochures, and corporate branding materials.

Requirements for this position include 5+ years of relevant work experience, a Bachelor's Degree in IT or Computer Science, and expertise in User Experience design, journey mapping, prototyping, UX copywriting, information architecture, Digital Transformation & Design System.

A deep understanding of human interface design guidelines and mobile-first concepts is essential, along with proficiency in Figma, Adobe Experience Designer, Adobe Creative Suite, Balsamiq, Visual Studio, and other relevant design tools. Strong communication and analytical skills are also necessary.
