AI Creative Specialist Job Description

MagnaHire is a next-gen AI marketing company that uses data, AI, and agents to help D2C brands grow profitably.

Creatives are the single biggest lever for growth in our shop. We treat them like performance drivers, not art projects. Every image, video, and line of copy you ship will be tested in the wild — ads, PDPs, lifecycle flows, social. You'll get real-time feedback, iterate daily, and see your work directly move CAC, ROAS, and LTV.

This role combines AI tools + performance marketing into one job and works at the cutting-edge intersection of AI, growth, and e-com.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Generate ad creatives (static, video, copy) using AI tools (Midjourney, Runway, ChatGPT, Firefly). Deploy directly in Meta/Google Ads Manager.
  2. Adapt visuals and proof blocks for product detail pages to improve conversion.
  3. Create email, WhatsApp, and SMS creatives for retention and repeat engagement.
  4. Experiment with Instagram/TikTok-style content and UGC-style creatives.
  5. Write hooks, ad copy, subject lines — not just design visuals.
  6. Produce daily creative variations, test fast, and learn what works.
  7. Monitor CTR, CVR, ROAS, engagement. Come up with insights or adjust based on analytics recommendations.

A Day in Your Life

Check performance metrics from yesterday's creatives in the morning.

Generate 3–5 new ad variations (image + video + copy) mid-day.

Deploy creatives into Ads Manager / lifecycle tools in the afternoon.

Review early signals, note what's working vs. not, prep tomorrow's iterations in the evening.

Ship fresh PDP visuals, social content experiments, and retention assets weekly.
