Job Title: Performance Marketing Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Marketing Expert to join our team.

  • Strategic Campaign Development: Design and execute multi-channel performance marketing strategies that drive business growth, customer engagement, and revenue.
  • Campaign Optimization: Lead the planning, execution, optimization, and reporting of campaigns across paid search, social media, display advertising, affiliate marketing, and programmatic platforms.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze performance metrics, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to enhance campaign effectiveness and return on investment (ROI).
  • Team Leadership: Mentor junior marketers, manage external partners, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless campaign execution.
  • Budget Management: Effectively manage marketing budgets, allocate resources, and forecast campaign spend based on business priorities.
  • Collaboration: Partner with product, sales, creative, and analytics teams to align messaging, targeting, and tracking efforts.
  • Experimentation & Testing: Lead A/B testing, customer journey optimization, and conversion rate experiments to continuously improve campaign outcomes.
  • Performance Reporting: Prepare comprehensive insights and reports for leadership, providing transparency into campaign performance and recommending strategic adjustments.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 4–7 years of experience in performance or digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial or lead role.
  • Proven experience designing and scaling high-impact paid campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and BI reporting platforms.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing stakeholders and leadership.
  • Experience managing budgets of significant scale and delivering measurable ROI.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to lead cross-functional projects and teams.
  • Ability to think strategically while executing tactically.
