Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns on Facebook and Instagram to drive conversions, retention, and ROAS. This includes analyzing campaign data, optimizing targeting, creatives, placements, and bidding strategies.

We are looking for a skilled professional with a strong interest in digital marketing or up to 2-3 years of experience. The successful candidate will have an analytical mindset, comfort working with data, numbers, and reports, and strong communication skills.

This role offers hands-on exposure to performance marketing in a fast-growing D2C brand, direct reporting to the brand and marketing team, and opportunities to work on campaigns that directly impact growth and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns on Meta platforms.
  2. Analyze campaign data to optimize targeting, creatives, placements, and bidding strategies.
  3. Track budgets and daily spends against key outcomes – conversions, retention, and ROAS.
  4. Stay updated on platform changes, trends, and competitor strategies.
  5. Share insights and reports with the marketing team to inform future campaigns.
