We are seeking a motivated Sales Performance Executive to join our growing team. This role involves both strategic and field responsibilities, as you will be supporting our initiative of Starting IUI Clinics with Visiting Gynecologists. The position includes traveling as a part of the job.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to track progress and identify improvement areas.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales outcomes and support the growth of IUI clinics.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and enhance sales processes.
  • Support and implement sales initiatives that align with company goals.
  • Prepare regular reports for management and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, clinics, and hospital stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in analyzing sales metrics and developing actionable improvement strategies.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for team collaboration and client interaction.
  • Market research and data analysis capabilities.
  • Prior experience in a sales performance, business development, or sales analytics role is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
