Job Title: Performance Marketing Strategist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Marketing Strategist to plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across various digital channels.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving measurable ROI, tracking analytics, and scaling client campaigns with precision.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).
  • Create and manage ad creatives, targeting, and budgets for multiple clients.
  • Track, analyze, and report campaign performance (CPC, CPL, ROAS, CPA).
  • A/B test ads, landing pages, and funnels to maximize results.
  • Optimize campaigns for lead generation, conversions, and brand awareness.
  • Provide insights from analytics tools (Google Analytics, Ads Manager, etc.).
  • Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in managing paid ad campaigns (agency experience preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and remarketing strategies.
  • Understanding of conversion tracking, pixels, and analytics dashboards.
  • Ability to manage multiple client campaigns with ownership.
  • Strong analytical mindset and ROI-driven approach.
  • Knowledge of SEO, automation, or email marketing is a plus.
