Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Marketing Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive performance marketing strategies across various digital channels.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Campaign Development: Develop and implement innovative campaign strategies to drive measurable results in digital marketing channels.
  • Ad Campaign Optimization: Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns to achieve specific performance metrics such as conversions, ROI, and customer acquisition costs.
  • Performance Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of campaign performance, identifying trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization.
  • Experimentation and Testing: Utilize A/B testing and other experimentation methods to improve campaign performance and drive continuous optimization.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling ad creatives, landing pages, and other assets to support campaign objectives.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in performance marketing.
  • Benchmarking and Monitoring: Monitor competitive landscape and industry benchmarks to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
  • Reporting and Insights: Provide regular reporting and insights to stakeholders on campaign performance, KPIs, and optimization efforts.
  • Analytics and Measurement: Work closely with analytics team to track and measure the impact of marketing initiatives on business outcomes.
