Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive performance marketing strategies across digital channels.">
  • Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns to drive key performance metrics such as leads, CPL, ROAS (Return on Ad Spend), CPA (Cost per Acquisition), and conversion rates.">
  • Conduct thorough analysis of campaign performance, identifying trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization.">
  • Utilize A/B testing and other experimentation methods to improve campaign performance and drive continuous optimization.">
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling ad creatives, landing pages, and other assets to support campaign objectives.">
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in performance marketing.">
  • Monitor competitive landscape and industry benchmarks to identify areas for improvement and innovation.">

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field.">
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in performance marketing with a focus on driving measurable results in digital channels.">

  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and marketing automation software.">
