
Industrial Sales Growth Leader

We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our industrial sales operations. As a Strategic Business Development Manager, you will drive growth through channel partners within a defined geographical territory.
- Develop and implement annual territory plans, aligning with our overall business strategy and OEM partnerships.
- Execute prospecting strategies, gathering data, analyzing competitors, and managing tender/offer processes for long-term growth.
- Deliver on financial performance targets for all accounts, including volume and gross margin, while optimizing revenues and costs associated with account activity.
- Manage customer relationships through distributors, identifying critical needs and matching them with our value proposition.
- Drive continuous improvement and efficiency in operations to enhance the overall customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pursue new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales objectives.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
Necessary Qualifications:
- 5-8 years of experience in B2B industrial sales.
- Proven ability to develop and execute strategic business and territory plans.
- Strong prospecting, relationship management, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication, financial management, and analytical abilities.
- Experience working remotely and autonomously in a sales-driven role.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with CRM tools.
- Familiarity with distributor management and channel sales.
- Knowledge of standardizing sales offers.
Work Environment:
This is a remote position requiring autonomy and self-motivation.
