Job Overview:

The ideal candidate has first-hand experience managing campus placements, strong industry connections, and a deep understanding of fresher recruitment, particularly in fast-growing domains like Data Science, Analytics, and Software Development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish relationships with corporate entities by visiting companies in respective regions to explore opportunities for freshers across campuses and online bootcamp programs.
  • Maintain strong connections with hiring teams by engaging with corporates through regular interactions.
  • Utilize existing recruiter networks to forge new partnerships within the industry.
  • Conduct high-quality discussions with recruiters to comprehend hiring needs and effectively position our learner pool.
  • Oversee the entire recruitment process lifecycle, including job sharing, student shortlisting, scheduling, feedback management, and offer rollouts.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Education: BE. /BTech or MBA from a reputable institution.
  • Experience: 3-4 years as a TPO or in a placement-facing role at a Tier 2 Engineering college/B-school.
  • Domain Exposure: Prior experience with UG placements and roles in tech-heavy domains (Data Science, Analytics, Software Engineering) is highly valued.
  • Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage recruiters, internal teams, and students equally effectively.
  • Process-Oriented: Strong grasp of campus hiring workflows and placement operations.
  • Result-Oriented: Bias for action with a track record of driving outcomes.
