We are seeking a highly motivated Showroom Manager with proven experience in Cleaning Equipment Products and Accessories. The role involves overseeing daily showroom operations, handling purchasing activities, and driving sales performance. The ideal candidate will have strong product knowledge, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage overall showroom operations, ensuring smooth workflow and excellent customer experience.
- Handle purchasing operations including vendor coordination, order placements, stock monitoring, and timely replenishment.
- Promote and sell cleaning equipment products and accessories to walk-in customers, contractors, and corporate clients.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and develop strategies to improve showroom performance.
- Maintain proper inventory control, stock display, and merchandising standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and customers.
- Train and guide showroom staff to ensure product knowledge and service quality.
- Prepare sales reports, purchase records, and market analysis for management review.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5-10 years of experience in Cleaning Equipment Products and Accessories industry.
- Strong background in sales and purchasing operations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems is an added advantage.
- Leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30, ₹40,000.00 per month
