Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Showroom Manager to oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and showroom performance. The ideal candidate will have experience in building materials, automotive, or related sales industries, with strong leadership and sales skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the showroom.
  • Lead and supervise the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and address customer inquiries or complaints promptly.
  • Maintain showroom cleanliness, layout, and product displays for maximum visual appeal.
  • Coordinate with inventory and procurement teams to ensure product availability.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance and implement improvements.
  • Train and motivate showroom staff to improve performance and product knowledge.
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales and operations.
  • Maintain strong product knowledge, especially in building materials or automotive categories.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Requirements:

  • 3–4 years of proven experience in a similar role in building materials, automotive, or retail sales.
  • Any Bachelor's Degree (Commerce, Business, Marketing preferred).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Target-driven and customer-focused.
  • Proficient in MS Office and basic reporting tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30, ₹35,000.00 per month
