Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Placement Officer located in Kochi. The Placement Officer will be responsible for coordinating campus placements, offering career counseling, and providing training and educational support to students. Day-to-day tasks include liaising with employers, organizing placement activities, and guiding students in their career paths to successfully secure job opportunities.
Qualifications
- Experience in Campus Placement and Career Counseling
- Strong Communication skills
- Experience in providing Training and Education
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and foster a supportive environment
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Education, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in the accounting or education sector is a plus
