Management Development Opportunity

This role involves contributing to the growth and success of our retail business by driving sales, enhancing customer experience, and developing product knowledge.

About the Role

As a management trainee, you will be responsible for learning the ropes of day-to-day store operations, including inventory management, product display, and maintaining store cleanliness and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales: Engage with customers to understand their needs and drive sales of our fresh produce.
  • Customer Experience: Ensure every customer receives outstanding service, leaving them with a positive impression of our brand.
  • Retail Operations: Learn the ins and outs of retail operations, including managing inventory, displaying products, and maintaining store appearance.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our fruits, from everyday favorites to exotic varieties, to advise customers on quality and seasonality.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the store team to achieve sales targets and contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements:
  • Recent Graduates: You are a recent graduate with a passion for sales and retail.
