Lead Placement Initiatives

We are seeking a skilled Placement Officer to lead our placement initiatives. This role demands strong communication and negotiation skills, the ability to present effectively, a result-oriented mindset to build industry-academia ties, and willingness for travel and performance-driven goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build strategic partnerships with HR leaders and recruiters across Finance, Consulting, BFSI, IT, and EdTech sectors
  • Organize campus recruitment events, interviews, and placement drives
  • Maintain accurate hiring trackers and alumni networks
  • Design tailored proposals, MoUs, and frameworks to meet corporate needs
  • Represent us at networking events and conclaves
  • Support business development by generating B2B opportunities, executive education leads, and consulting projects
  • Conduct resume workshops, mock GD/PI, and industry talks
  • Connect trainees with mentors and alumni for career guidance
  • Gather feedback from employers to refine curriculum and placement preparation

This role requires strong interpersonal and presentation skills, the ability to think strategically, a result-driven approach to building industry relationships, and a willingness to travel and achieve performance-driven goals.
