We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Strategic Account Manager to join our client at Chennai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the biopharma market, with a focus on bioreactors.

This role involves managing and nurturing relationships with key clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving business growth.

The Key Account Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic account plans to achieve sales targets, revenue growth, and profitability objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, serving as their primary point of contact within the organization.
  • Understand the unique needs and objectives of key accounts, and develop customized solutions to address their requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and customer support, to deliver value-added services and solutions to key accounts.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with key accounts, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and policies.
  • Monitor market trends, competitive activities, and industry developments related to key accounts, and adjust strategies accordingly.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in key account management, sales, or business development roles, preferably in the biopharma market.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building relationships with professionals at all organizational levels.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with bioreactors and the biopharma industry is highly desirable.
