Job Title: Proposal Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Proposal Expert to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and managing proposals for US Federal Government contracting opportunities.

 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop Proposals: Create and manage comprehensive proposals that meet the requirements of US Federal Government contracting opportunities.
  • Research and Development: Lead research efforts to identify potential clients and projects, and develop business development strategies to capitalize on these opportunities.
  • Sales Collaboration: Collaborate with sales teams to develop account penetration strategies and sales plans that drive revenue growth.
  • Customer Solutions: Prepare customer-specific sales collateral, such as case studies and solution documents, to support sales efforts.
  • Client Needs Analysis: Analyze client needs and propose improvements or innovations to services and product functionality.

 

Requirements:
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in pre-sales and proposal writing.
  • US Federal Government Contracting Regulations: Strong understanding of US Federal government contracting regulations and procedures.
  • RFP/RFQ/RFI Management: Experience with RFP/RFQ/RFI management and end-to-end sales life cycle.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proposal Writing and Management: Hands-on experience in proposal writing and management.

 

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Contracting Platforms: Experience working with US Federal government contracting platforms, such as SAM.GOV and GovTribe.
  • Federal Procurement Regulations: Knowledge of federal procurement regulations, including FAR and DFARS.
