Job Title: Assistant Manager - Product Implementation and Underwriting
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Rojgari Placements Pvt Ltd. As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for system setup of new product launches and existing product changes, as well as end-to-end underwriting guideline setup in underwriting systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- System set-up of new product launches and existing product changes.
- End-to-end underwriting guideline setup in underwriting systems.
- Responsible for tracking and maintaining list of ongoing projects with timelines for senior management review.
- Identify and rectify PIRs with the help of IT.
- Responsible for data management for all product reports.
- Communicate system changes to all stakeholders.
- Responsible for training underwriting team and trainers on new guidelines.
- Resolve underwriter queries/issues related to products.
Organizational Relationships:
Reports to Direct Senior Manager and QA Management - Underwriting
Supervises Matrix
