We're a rapidly scaling company, seeking an experienced Business Development Lead to drive new client acquisition and lead a dedicated team of sales professionals. As a key member of our growth team, you will play a crucial role in achieving our sales targets and ensuring the quality and effectiveness of our lead-generation efforts.

The Opportunity

You will be responsible for spearheading new client acquisition through strategic cold email outreach, leveraging tools like HubSpot, Sales Navigator, and other email scraping tools. You will also oversee the management and optimization of HubSpot CRM, ensuring seamless operation and integration with sales processes.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • New Client Acquisition: Drive new client acquisition through strategic cold email outreach and leverage your expertise in CRM management to optimize lead generation.
  • Email Performance Management: Innovate and implement effective cold email strategies to maintain inbox deliveries, high open rates, and low bounce rates.
  • HubSpot Management: Oversee the management and optimization of HubSpot CRM, ensuring seamless operation and integration with sales processes.
  • Lead Quality Assurance: Lead a team of sales professionals, ensuring the highest quality of leads and maintaining data integrity.
  • Reporting: Provide regular sales reports, covering revenue targets, team performance, lead quality, open rates, bounce rates, and other critical KPIs to your manager.

Your Skills & Experience

  • Proven Track Record: Minimum of 2 years of experience in using HubSpot or similar CRM platforms.
  • Technical Expertise: Proficiency with CRM management (HubSpot experience preferred), Sales Navigator, email scraping tools, and MS Excel.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of B2B lead generation and experience in creative & design services.
  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze complex data, identify patterns, and draw actionable conclusions with a problem-solving approach.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent spoken and written English, with the ability to clearly communicate complex ideas.

About You

You are a results-driven professional with a proven track record of success in business development and sales leadership. You have excellent technical skills, including proficiency in CRM management, email marketing, and data analysis. You are also an exceptional communicator, able to distill complex ideas into clear, actionable plans.
