Business Development Lead

About the Role
Saviant Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Lead to join our team in the US and Europe. As a key member of our growth strategy team, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities across various industries.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to acquire new partners and expand existing relationships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies and lead generation campaigns.
- Nurture relationships with CXOs, VPs, and Directors to drive business growth and revenue.
- Analyse market trends, competitors, and customer needs to inform data-driven planning and decision-making.
- Lead GTM readiness for new channels, services, and markets, aligning with market insights and business goals.
Requirements:
- MBA degree with 6-9 years of experience in alliances, channel development, or GTM roles within the IT consulting and services sector.
- Strong understanding of emerging technologies such as Cloud, Mobile, IIoT, Analytics, and AI/ML.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience. Benefits include comprehensive health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
