Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our team.

  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow development, with experience in implementing and optimizing Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request Management workflows.
Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and optimize workflows to align with business requirements.
  • Configure and update Discovery schedules, monitor daily runs for errors, and troubleshoot issues to ensure reliable CI identification and population.
  • Enhance Discovery probes and patterns to support complex infrastructure and cloud environments.
  • Continuously improve the ServiceNow platform through iterative enhancements, user feedback incorporation, and performance tuning.
  • Customize form layouts, fields, and user interfaces to support data consistency and usability across modules.
  • Tailor and extend CAB Workbench functionality to support automated workflows and board operations.
  • Develop and maintain robust REST/SOAP API integrations with external systems.
  • Manage Scheduled Jobs, Script Includes, Business Rules, and automation scripts for operational efficiency.
  • Customize the Employee Center portal to improve branding, content delivery, and user engagement.
  • Design and publish reports and dashboards to support performance tracking and operational transparency.
  • Troubleshoot platform issues using advanced scripting skills and resolve defects promptly.
Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow development principles and best practices.
  • Experience in implementing and optimizing ServiceNow workflows.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
