Job Role: ServiceNow HRSD

We are seeking a seasoned ServiceNow professional to spearhead the implementation and configuration of various modules, including ITSM, HRSD, CMDB, and EC Portal Development. As a key team member, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality solutions that meet our business objectives.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Implement and configure ServiceNow modules to drive business efficiency
  • Develop and maintain custom applications on the ServiceNow platform to meet evolving business needs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of projects
  • Analyze business requirements and develop strategic solutions to drive growth and innovation
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 5+ years of hands-on development experience on the ServiceNow platform, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects
  • 2+ years of experience in developing and configuring ServiceNow Service Portal, with a strong understanding of user experience principles
  • End-to-end implementation experience of ServiceNow modules, with a focus on driving business value
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's Degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Certification in ServiceNow administration or development, demonstrating expertise in the field
  • Familiarity with cloud-based technologies and Agile methodologies, with a proven ability to adapt to changing project requirements
