We are seeking an accomplished and meticulous professional to lead critical HR initiatives. The role focuses on driving efficiency, compliance, and process standardization across all HR operations. We require a detail-oriented individual who can ensure an excellent employee experience.">Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead ownership and execution of core HR operational activities, including payroll processing, compliance management, and full & final settlements.
  • Ensure smooth HR service delivery and consistent employee experience while adhering to company policies and statutory requirements.
  • Manage HR dashboards and generate insights for leadership.
  • Oversee the efficient functioning of the company's internal HR portal.
  • Drive process automation and standardization to improve operational efficiency.
  • Lead and manage internal and external HR audits with full compliance.
  • Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing and address employee queries effectively.
  • Manage Full & Final settlements accurately and within defined timelines.
  • Maintain integrity, accuracy, and confidentiality of HR data in compliance with data protection standards.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in HR operations with at least 2 years in a management role.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with sound judgment.
  • Proven expertise in payroll processing, compliance, HRMS, and HR operations.
  • Excellent organizational, reporting, and documentation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle queries, manage multiple priorities, and drive ad hoc projects.
