Customer Service Advocate

Our organization is seeking a diligent and service-focused professional to fill the role of Customer Service Advocate.

This position requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a strong emphasis on providing timely and effective support to employees.

The ideal candidate will have experience in HR, payroll, or employee services, and possess a basic knowledge of labor laws and practices.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for employees regarding payroll, benefits, and internal queries.
  • Log, track, and ensure timely resolution of employee concerns.
  • Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and Finance teams to resolve issues.
  • Provide clear guidance on company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
  • Support the development of FAQs, knowledge bases, and employee self-service tools.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1+ year of experience in HR, Payroll, or Employee Services (internships or entry-level roles considered).
  • Strong communication skills (English required).
  • Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Desirable Skills:

  • Proficiency with MS Office and HRIS/Payroll tools.
  • Basic knowledge of Spanish language.
