Job Title: Client Engagement Specialist

About This Role

We are seeking a skilled Client Engagement Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and support to ensure their satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Onboarding
    • Welcome new clients, provide them with a comprehensive overview of our services and ensure a smooth transition into the engagement.
  • Ongoing Support
    • Regularly communicate with clients to understand their needs, provide timely solutions, and address any concerns they may have.
  • Issue Resolution
    • Carefully listen to client queries, resolve issues promptly, and maintain open communication channels to prevent future problems.
  • Sales and Upselling
    • Leverage sales acumen to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, enhancing revenue growth and improving client satisfaction.
  • Record Management
    • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, feedback, and progress, ensuring seamless collaboration across teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Education: Graduate in any field.
  • Languages: English and Hindi (mandatory).
  • Additional Proficiency: Tamil / Malayalam / Kannada / Assamese / Odia / Bengali / Gujarati (advantageous).
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi, free from grammatical errors.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Experience: Both fresher and experienced candidates are welcome to apply; preferred experience in Insurance and/or customer-facing sales roles.
