Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled HR professional to oversee the administration of our company's human resources functions.
This full-time role involves coordinating recruitment, maintaining employee records, conducting orientations, assisting with performance management processes, and handling employee relations issues. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to maintain confidentiality, and have a strong attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and talent development
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, attendance, leave, and payroll data
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations by managing statutory requirements such as PF, ESIC, PT, and labor laws
- Draft appointment letters, experience certificates, and HR policies
- Monitor performance and assist in appraisals to ensure employee growth and development
- Conduct training sessions for technical staff and soft skills development
- Supervise office operations, security, housekeeping, and support staff
- Manage travel bookings, TA/DA claims, and site visit allowances
- Ensure availability of office supplies, IT support, and utilities
- Coordinate documentation and filing of tenders, DPRs, compliance records, and other sensitive information
- Ensure a safe working environment at hospital project sites
- Handle grievance redressal and maintain positive employee relations
- Organize staff events, insurance, and welfare programs to promote a healthy work-life balance
- Provide regular HR and Admin MIS reports to management
- Act as liaison between employees and top management to facilitate open communication
