Client Liaison Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Client Liaison Specialist.

This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in client servicing, account management, marketing, or events, and a strong understanding of event management and/or production is an added advantage.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring smooth communication and execution of deliverables.
  • Support the end-to-end management of projects, campaigns, and events.
  • Assist in handling client meetings and communications with professionalism and clarity.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met on time and to a high standard.
  • Manage social media accounts for clients – ensuring consistent, on-brand content and timely updates.
  • Plan, execute, and monitor social media campaigns to increase awareness, engagement, and conversions.
  • Bring in creative ideas and strategies to enhance clients' digital and offline presence.
  • Coordinate with vendors and production teams for event-related requirements.
