Travel Experience Manager

We are seeking an experienced travel professional to serve as a liaison between our company and its customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage bookings for domestic and international flights, rail, and other travel services.
  • Provide information on products and services such as visa, forex, health regulations, and insurance.
  • Handle refunds and cancellations of domestic and international air tickets.
  • Coordinate ticket issuance with deal codes and bonus miles.
  • Follow communication scripts for different topics.
  • Coordinate with clients, implementation teams, and servicing teams.
  • Assist with invoicing and recoveries.
  • Identify customer needs, research issues, and provide solutions.

Competencies:

  • Effective communication and active listening skills.
  • Knowledge of computer reservations systems, GDS systems, and e-traveling.
  • Ability to interact, communicate, and negotiate effectively.
  • Multi-tasking, prioritization, and time management skills.
  • Sound knowledge of domestic and international travel trends.
  • Passionate interest in geography and strong travel knowledge.
  • Attention to accuracy and detail.

Educational Qualification:

  • Graduate with a Diploma in Travel & Tourism preferred.

Experience:

  • Total 3-5 years of relevant experience with a travel management company.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • A strong passion for travel and tourism industry.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Good understanding of airline and hotel operations.
  • Familiarity with travel software and systems.
