
Senior Client Success Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Relationship Manager to join our team. As a key liaison between the company and our clients, you will manage high-value relationships, ensure client satisfaction, oversee engagement strategies, and support cross-functional teams in delivering impactful solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build Long-Term Relationships: Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with assigned clients, providing exceptional service and support to meet their needs.
- Primary Point of Contact: Serve as a primary point of contact for escalated client needs and inquiries, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up.
- Client Goal Understanding: Understand client goals and proactively identify opportunities for upsell, cross-sell, or process optimization, driving business growth and revenue.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams (product, sales, operations, etc.) to ensure delivery of seamless client experiences, leveraging expertise and resources to drive success.
- Engagement Strategies: Develop and execute tailored engagement strategies to increase satisfaction and retention, using data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
- Feedback and Improvement: Track client feedback and work with relevant teams to implement improvements, ensuring continuous quality enhancement.
- Mentorship and Knowledge Sharing: Mentor and support junior associates, contributing to team knowledge sharing and development.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in relationship management, account management, or customer experience roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to articulate complex ideas and negotiate effectively.
- Proven ability to manage multiple client relationships and meet KPIs, demonstrating strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Experience using CRM or relationship management tools.
- Empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for creating positive client experiences.
