Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Manager to lead our end-to-end HR operations.

About the Role:

  • This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to oversee and manage all aspects of HR, including recruitment, employee engagement, workforce planning, and statutory compliance.
  • You will be responsible for driving onboarding, induction, training, and performance management processes that align with business objectives.
  • The successful candidate will support day-to-day administration activities to ensure seamless office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement effective HR strategies that drive business growth and improve employee experience.
  2. Manage employee lifecycle processes, from recruitment to separation.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and improve operational efficiency.
  4. Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 8 years of HR experience in a similar role.
  • Possess strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations, particularly PF and ESI.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and exposure to HR software/automation tools.
