Student Success Professional

We are seeking a skilled and empathetic Student Success Professional to join our team. This role is crucial in building strong relationships with students and instructors, ensuring their satisfaction, and providing a seamless learning experience.

  • Key Responsibilities:

This position involves responding promptly and professionally to incoming student and parent inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp. You will also coordinate with internal departments (faculty, operations, sales) to resolve student concerns quickly. Additionally, you will monitor ticket status and ensure timely resolution within agreed SLAs. Your responsibilities will include educating students about course features, policies, and any updates, as well as following up with inactive learners to encourage course completion or renewal.

  • Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need excellent verbal and written communication skills. Fluency in English, Hindi, and any regional language is essential. Strong problem-solving and time-management abilities are also required. High levels of empathy and patience are necessary for this position, as is the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. A Bachelor's Degree is required, and 1–3 years of relevant experience in customer support, education, or service-oriented roles is preferred.
