Empathetic Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Empathetic Support Specialist to join our mission-driven team.

As the first point of contact for members, you will provide guidance and support through chat, email, and phone interactions. Your role will be to assist community members in navigating our app, forums, and events, as well as supporting ongoing engagement activities like Q&As, polls, and expert sessions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting community members with their queries and concerns
  • Supporting the planning and execution of offline events, workshops, and meet-ups to strengthen member connections
  • Providing empathetic communication and handling sensitive health-related topics with professionalism
  • Tracking user feedback and highlighting insights to improve the overall experience

Requirements for this role include:

  • 3–6 years of experience in customer support, community engagement, or related fields
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle sensitive topics with empathy and professionalism
  • A people-first mindset with patience, empathy, and a passion for delivering exceptional support experiences
