Job Summary:
  • We are seeking Psychologists to join our team at a premier institute in West Bengal as part of a structured student wellness initiative.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide overnight mental health support on a rotational basis (10 PM – 6 AM).
  • Conduct in-person counseling sessions in student hostels
  • Facilitate walk-in sessions and manage student appointments through the YourDOST portal.
  • Undertake floor walks in hostels (along with Wellness Champions) to build visibility, accessibility, and trust with students.
  • Maintain timely case notes, records, and reports while upholding strict confidentiality and ethical standards.
  • Collaborate with the team to run awareness drives, workshops, and well-being campaigns across campus.
Requirements:
  • A Master's degree in Clinical Psychology or Counseling Psychology is required.
  • Experience working with youth/academic mental health is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with students in an empathetic, approachable way are essential.
  • Flexible working hours, including night shifts, are a must.
  • Fluency in English and Hindi is required; knowledge of Bengali is an asset.
  • Willingsness to stay on campus is necessary.
