We are building a new therapy platform in the mental health space, focusing on professionals who have tried traditional therapy but found it ineffective. Our goal is to deliver real-world outcomes instead of open-ended conversations.

Our vision is to make therapy accessible and convenient for everyone, especially urban Indians who live, think, and make decisions differently. We aim to combine empathy with data-driven insights and predictive models.

Our first version has been successful, serving over 200 users with real outcomes. This shows that we are onto something that can change the way mental health is accessed in India.

We need someone to help us scale this idea. You can be either a technical expert or product leader, comfortable working across the tech stack, or a marketing professional who can own distribution, content, and outreach.

Key requirements:

  • You have previous startup experience and have accomplished hard things before.
  • You have personal financial runway for at least two years.
  • You are agile, decisive, and move fast.
  • You prefer honest conversations over pitch decks.
  • You are based in India and willing to work full-time (Bangalore preferred).
