About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to strengthen our client relationships, drive business growth and ensure exceptional customer success. If you have a passion for relationship management, experience in SaaS/PaaS and a strong understanding of the BFSI industry, you could be a great fit for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term strategic relationships with key clients.
• Revenue Growth & Retention: Drive renewals, upsells and product adoption to maximize customer lifetime value.
• Customer Success & Issue Resolution: Address client concerns promptly, ensuring seamless product usage and satisfaction.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Product and Customer Success teams to deliver tailored solutions.
• Market & Industry Insight: Stay updated on BFSI trends to proactively identify opportunities for client growth.
What We're Looking For:
• Experience: 3+ years in account management, customer success, or a similar role within a SaaS/PaaS company.
• Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of BFSI (Banking, Financial Services and Insurance).
• Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
• Mindset: Customer-first approach with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
