We're Hiring for our Fintech client. Designation: Relationship Officer– Home Loans (Builder & Broker Channel)Location: Mumbai, MaharashtraType: Full-Time | On-SiteExperience: 1–3 years in Home Loan Sales (preferably builder/broker channel)Industry: Banking | Financial Services | NBFC | HFC | DSA Role Summary: Relationship Officers will lead channel development, generate leads, and manage loan disbursement through a robust builder and broker network across Mumbai. Key Responsibilities1.
Channel Development
- Identify, onboard & nurture builders, developers, and brokers in Mumbai
- Build sustainable partnerships for a strong home loan lead pipeline 2.
Lead Generation & Conversion
- Drive high-quality lead generation & assist customers through the loan journey
- Coordinate with empanelled financial institutions for optimal conversion 3.
Sales & Revenue
- Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly disbursement targets
- Focus on prime salaried and self-employed customer segments 4.
Market Intelligence
- Stay updated on real estate trends, builder launches, and competitor offerings
- Share actionable insights with internal teams 5.
Customer Relationship Management
- Be the go-to contact for customers, partners, and lenders
- Ensure clear, timely communication throughout the loan lifecycle Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Graduate (MBA/PGDM preferred)
- Experience: 1 years in home loan sales preferred (builder/broker channel a plus)
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and negotiation
- Deep understanding of home loan products and processes
- Familiarity with Mumbai's real estate market
